So with eligible 19 comments, 5 codes were given away randomly, with the first commenter (who automatically wins 1, possible 2 codes) removed from the random draw.
The first commenter was Maude Sam, who correctly named the town and state (Carrboro, North Carolina). Maude has won 2 codes.

To address concerns about codes

So first, I would like to apologize for taking a long time to send back codes. I've had some difficulties sending out codes due to blogger, and will send codes that people need.
So, I'm going to try to change back to the old method, if that's fine with you guys. Instead of having to follow the blog or follow any of the protocol, the first person to get it and enter it wins.
Also, if I owe you any codes, please comment what dates here, and an E-mail if you're not following the blog, and I'll send you the code(s) I owe you.

It would appear that you need to publicly follow the blog in order for me to message you the code because Google won't let me message just any random Google user. So if you are privately following the blog, you will need to publicly follow it so I can E-Mail you the code. Thank you.
