Regarding cheating....

So, I noticed a few comments (yes, I read them all, including the ones marked "spam") yesterday about cheating, and how cheaters are getting the codes using bots, etc. So to respond to this, I first want to know if this is just one person who thinks this (both comments were anonymous), or is this a widespread opinion that people who are cheaters are on this blog? If there are, what more do you think I should do about it? This is your chance to put out suggestions, so  if you want to take it and comment, then please do.

Personally, I do believe that there are people using cheat programs to gain first access to a code -- page refreshers and code harvesters. And, I don't think it's fair to the rest of us who loyally babysit the site, hoping for a code once in a while.

I have been on other sites where the owner will post a comment like:
"I have 10 codes available to the first ten people who post. You must be a registered follower to get a code." That idea works quite well, because the owner will email the codes to those who qualified. Once in a while there is a contest and the winner is emailed their code.

I can't seem to trust anyone who does not register, follow (even if it's done anonymously), or log into a site. That's my humble opinion, and my thoughts about the subject.

I think some people are cheating also. We should try something like having the first few people either PM or e-mail you for a code or having a contest or trivia for codes. Both Suchislife & I check regularly on this blog & some others & we hardly get any codes, sometimes even a few seconds after they are posted.
